Had a boiler removed and a new one installed, toilet replaced and new shower controls installed, shower all board out. They even fixed the kitchen tap and resealed the bath. Nothing was too much for them. Highly recommend.

We recently made the decision to go with the team at Townson heating to modernise our bathroom. We had,had several companies around to quote, and whether on trust, or cost nobody took our fancy. John at Townson heating, (the owner,) was involved at every stage of the job helping with planning, sourcing the exact bathroom we wanted, and surprisingly, under budget.The quality of work is exceptional, with John and his team keeping the whole place spotless. Just by chance we realised our boiler needed servicing, and John was able to do that while his team were busy upstairs.In summary quality 10/10 cost came under our expected cost so full Mark's, then their professionalism, again 10/10, I would highly recommend the team!

I did not actually get the opportunity to use this service, but the customer service when trying to do so was very poor and I would not recommend.After asking on my first call how much it would be to have a gas appliance disconnected and reconnected elsewhere (not transported) and being told it wat a new address would 'not be much', it was only after all the arrangements were made that I was told (second time of asking) that the cost would be £80.The general impression was that they did not want to do the job from the start.
